These terms apply to Tessence Academy's online educational services and digital learning resources. Please review the course or product description, fee, schedule and delivery details before paying.

Courses and coaching

Class schedules, duration, course coverage and support are described in the relevant course listing or enrollment confirmation. Enrolment is subject to availability and payment confirmation. We may reasonably reschedule sessions and will communicate material changes.

Educational resources

Purchased digital workbooks and notes are licensed for the individual purchaser's personal educational use. Unless expressly permitted, copying, redistribution, resale, public posting or sharing of paid files is prohibited.

Payments and fulfilment

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. The applicable price and any taxes or fees will be displayed or communicated before purchase. Access or delivery occurs only after successful payment confirmation.

Results and responsibilities

IELTS, PTE and English-language outcomes depend on each learner's preparation and performance; no examination score, admission or immigration outcome is guaranteed. Learners should use materials lawfully and participate respectfully.
