Submitting the enquiry form sends your details through Cloudflare to Google Apps Script for storage in Tessence Academy’s Google Sheets lead register. A pre-filled WhatsApp message also opens; tap Send to share that message. Review forms continue to use WhatsApp.

Information: If you send an enquiry, you may share your name, phone number, selected exam, course preference, planned exam timeline, preparation level, target score, demo request, and optional student review, rating and publication preference. WhatsApp and its service providers process messages according to their own policies.

Purpose: We use information you voluntarily send to answer course questions, discuss training options, respond to your enquiry and, with consent, consider reviews for publication.

Optional website analytics: With your permission, this website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage, such as pages visited and interactions with outbound links. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, approximate location and usage information under Google’s policies. Analytics is not loaded if you decline. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. To change your choice, clear this site’s stored data/cookies in your browser and reload the page. We do not intentionally send enquiry form answers to Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel is installed in this version.

Before launch: The academy should review this notice and expand it to reflect actual retention practices, any processors, and applicable privacy-law requirements.
