Tessence Academy provides online classes and digital educational resources. We do not ship physical goods for the products described on this website.

Downloadable workbooks and notes

Where a product is advertised as an instant digital download, access will be provided electronically after successful payment confirmation, through the checkout provider's supported download mechanism or another clearly disclosed electronic delivery method. Do not assume instant delivery is active until the relevant product listing confirms it.

If a purchase is confirmed but the download cannot be accessed, contact us through our contact page with the order reference for assistance.

Online classes

For live training, joining instructions, class schedules and other necessary details will be shared electronically after enrollment confirmation. Times shown on the website are in Indian Standard Time (IST), unless stated otherwise.
